Some novice friends received the telescope and looked forward to it, but didn’t know how to use it. It was not adjusted so well that the imaging could not be overlapped during observation, the field of view was dark, and it could not be adjusted at the same time. Let me introduce how to use the Onick Double Binoculars and precautions.
Binoculars on the market are generally divided into roof structure and Paul structure, in fact, the operation method is roughly the same.
The first step:
Swivel up the goggles: Friends who do not wear glasses for observation will turn the goggles up, and those who wear glasses for observation will turn the goggles down.
Folding the eye mask:
Friends who don’t wear glasses don’t need to fold it. Friends who wear glasses should fold down the eye mask when observing.
This is to keep the eyes and eyepieces at a proper exit pupil distance. If they are too close or too far away, there will be dark shadows in the field of view, and a complete circle of vision cannot be obtained.
In addition, if a friend who does not wear glasses does not turn up the eyecup when observing, the eyelashes are also easily scratched and the eyepiece lens is contaminated with grease, which affects the sharpness of the image, and the image will be foggy and blurry when observed.

The second step:
Adjust the interpupillary distance: Many children's shoes say that the telescope always sees two circles, and there is a black shadow in the middle that cannot be overlapped. That is because the interpupillary distance is not adjusted properly. Operation method: Adjust the distance between the two lens barrels to the same as the pupil distance of your eyes, so that the images can be overlapped.
The third step:
Focus: Turn the focus wheel slowly to focus and adjust the sharpness!
Add parallax adjustment:
Some people have different degrees of eyes, such as 100 degrees for the left eye and 300 degrees for the right eye. After taking off the glasses, you will find that both eyes cannot see clearly at the same time. This is because the eyes have parallax. At this time, you can first turn the middle focusing wheel to make the left eye clear, and then slowly turn the right eyepiece or fine-tune the parallax compensation, and both eyes can observe a clear image at the same time.
Generally, most Paul telescopes rotate the right eyepiece to fine-tune and compensate for parallax:
Some novice children's shoes received the telescope. Because they were not familiar with it, they turned it to the end when they saw that the right eyepiece or the parallax ring could be turned. But if the vision in both eyes is normal, the parallax will be turned to the end, no matter how you turn the focus wheel to focus, one side will always be blurred, and it will not be possible to obtain a clear image at the same time. So everyone should pay attention to this. Generally, if the parallax ring can be seen clearly at the same time, don't move or screw it to the end.
Through the above, you should know how to use Onick binoculars correctly!
Simply say a few points for attention:
1. Do not use telescopes to observe the sun directly, as this will cause serious damage to the eyes or even blindness.
2. Don't drop the telescope, avoid vibration and impact, so as to avoid the deviation of the optical axis and make the observation dizzy.
3. Don't touch the lens with your hands to avoid staining the lens with grease, fingerprints, etc. that will affect the image clarity.
4. Do not watch the telescope while walking to avoid accidentally stepping on dangerous objects and causing personal injury.
5. Do not put the telescope in the sun for a long time and in the car under the scorching sun for a long time to avoid high temperature to accelerate the aging of the rubber.
6. Non-waterproof telescopes do not need to be kept dry for a long time, which can prevent the lens from growing mildew in a sealed bag with a desiccant.
7. Do not put the desiccant in the telescope in a place where children can get it, so as to avoid injury caused by children swallowing the desiccant.
8. After using the telescope, please cover the objective lens cover and eyepiece cover to prevent dust from falling on the lens.
